SHIPPING , DELIVERY & RETURNS.

If you are ordering oversized items online, please email us at FIENFORMA@GMAIL.COM or DM us @FIENFORMA for a shipping quote before purchasing.

We do not ship oversized furniture overseas. Do not order large, heavy, over-sized items if you are overseas unless you have a carrier arranged for transport. Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping companies and we can not control shipping rates.

Ship items at your own risk. We are not responsible for any delays, missing packages, or damage that incurs during transit. If your items are insured with a shipping carrier, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim should an item go missing or become damaged during shipment.

DELIVERY.

We offer delivery to the Greater Austin Area for an additional fee. Additionally, we are happy to help coordinate and recommend third party delivery companies who are affordable and reliable.

Please note: Delivery companies are not affiliated with FIENFORMA. Any delivery issues should be taken up with the delivery company directly. Payment for delivery should be made to the company directly.

RETURNS.

All sales are FINAL. FIENFORMA does not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final and all merchandise is sold AS IS. Please measure and ask as many questions as necessary. We are always happy to send more photos, videos, or details before purchase. We strive to sell vintage in as best of condition as possible, however, most vintage pieces will show some signs of wear that are consistent with age and use. The condition of each individual item may vary accordingly and are sold as is.
